Healing Inquiries
Evidence-Based Healing Through Research, Clinical Inquiry, and Connection

What We Do
Welcome! I’m Dr. Kat Bashakevitz, PhD, and I’ve been seeking healing through empirical-based approaches, clinical and research inquiry, and connection. Healing Inquiries is built on the belief that research supporting high-quality therapy strengthens and enriches clinical practice when practiced together. I approach all healing inquiries through rigorous research and meaningful collaboration, offering consultation services for researchers, clinicians, and organizations seeking to implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions.
Virtual therapy services will launch in Fall 2026, offering individual therapy for adults, couples counseling focused on romantic relational dynamics, and support groups. Clients will have the opportunity to opt in or out of research services, ensuring that therapeutic care is provided with great care, training, applied learning, innovation, and research at its foundation. Beyond therapy, I provide specialized consultation services to help organizations strengthen their approach to mental health, wellbeing, and intervention implementation.
